Hello, my name is Juliana McCarthy a licensed real estate
agent in Massachusetts and New Hampshire with ERA Key Realty Services out of
the Chelmsford, MA office.

I began my real estate journey January 2020. Starting off in
a wild market I learned how to get creative and do what it takes for my
clients. From working with mentors, clients, and fellow agents I have grown and
found my passion for helping my clients get the best representation possible.

My real estate passion started when I had a lot of fun
purchasing my first place! I loved looking at the properties, meeting new
people, and just discussing things I liked about the homes. The process also wasn’t
as scary as I anticipated. I want to let my clients know that purchasing a property,
isn’t scary and is a lot of fun. I make sure my clients are aware of the
process so there aren’t any surprises; I will also work to make sure you have
the best offer. I walk clients through the process one step at a time
explaining what’s going to happen and why. When I first meet with clients, I
review the selling/ buying process, so they know what to expect.  As I continue working with my clients, I
remind them of the details of each step. I want to make the home selling/
buying easy and fun for you!

Prior to my real estate career, I was living the sunny life
in Scottsdale, AZ. But I’m from Sharon, MA! Though, I attended a boarding high
school in Beverly, MA. After getting my feet wet living away from home, I
wanted to go someplace warm for college. I ended up graduating and got my
bachelor’s degree from The University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. I loved it!!
After graduation I moved right up to Scottsdale, AZ. I then lived in Scottsdale
for another 4 years. After an amazing 8 years in Arizona, I felt like it was
time for me to come home and be with my family.

Arizona will always have a special place in my heart, but
there is no place like home!! When I first moved back to MA, I began my house
hunting journey. From then on I haven’t stopped keeping up with the market,
attending open houses and meeting wonderful people.
